Perley Thomas car 926 is outbound on Canal at Carondelet in 1960.  The track curve in the foreground carries St. Charles cars from Carondelet to Canal at the beginning of their uptown runs.  It seems to be a typical warm New Orleans day, with short-sleeve shirts, hats, and open streetcar windows very much in evidence.
