Car 29 is waiting at Napoleon Ave. to head toward Canal Street to assist in cleanup after a Mardi Gras parade, some time in February 1980.  Presumably, the operator will be checking the track for any obstructions left behind by the crowd.  Cars 948 and 972 are positioned to follow 29 down the St. Charles car line.  During the parade, streetcar service has been terminated here, with the cars turned back toward Carrollton. — Photo by James P.
