An election ad for W. B. McKinley for the 1914 election, in which he was
returned to the House of Representatives. It's hard to guess how old the
picture was. The scratches and defects must have been in the printing plate,
because they are not in the printed card. That suggests that the picture
might be from some years earlier than 1914.
