This picture is taken from a stereocard apparently made by an amateur photographer.  On the back is written "Bus Terminal / Decatur Ill. / Nov. 12 - 1938".  The view is looking north.  The original bell-shaped finial at the top of the roof of the upper level has been replaced by what appears to be a lightning rod or a radio antenna.
